Testimonials

ASAO Conference 2016 Torquay – It was a cracking event from start to finish and we have received plenty of lovely feedback from all quarters since.  Thank you all for being part of it.  Doing something so very different with the delegates certainly created a buzz and the atmosphere you all created lasted throughout the day.  It was lovely to have a very purposeful session in terms of the clear communication benefits that Listen2Win brought to the event, but also its double bonus of being something of an icebreaker:  With the range of show societies attending it is challenging to produce sessions that are suitable for a one day agricultural show (with, say a 6000 attendance) as well as a multi-day show with over 100,000 attendance.   Listen2Win was just the ticket and everyone raved about it.

Thank you also for talking to our South Devon College students on the day as they undertook their reporting project with Janine of the BBC.  They too loved being part of the conference and did a very good job of producing the newsletter on the day;  this was finished in the early evening and then delivered under the doors of those delegates who were staying – a newsletter to awake to!   I have attached a copy for you to enjoy.

Thank you again on behalf of the 2016 ASAO Conference Team, your contribution towards the success of the event was very much appreciated.

Dean felt very privileged to be at the recent ‘Wake Up To Business’ meeting in Taunton, to hear how these two young men got involved with this sport and their experience at the 2012 Paralympics; the presentation was both very humorous and humbling at the same time. SDS

I have had the pleasure of not only working with Robin and Keryn of Listen2Win but also participating in one of their seminars. Firstly both Robin and Keryn are total professionals in the way they communicate, their timekeeping and the way in which they present themselves – a pleasure to work with.
As an organiser of events there is always the need for speakers and seminar hosts and Listen to Win have done both at my Exeter Business Network events. As speakers Robin and Keryn enthralled the audience when they spoke of their Olympic journey – it was engaging, full of humour, honesty and their experience really shone through.
This was a pre-cursor to the seminar that they ran on communication which was brilliant. Keryn and Robin talked us (there were over 30 people there!) through their backgrounds, their life lessons and experiences. They explained how they understand and embrace the world with audio being the key element. Throughout the 90 minutes Robin and Keryn guided us on how listening is so key. What was so good was their easy humorous style of presentation, demonstrated through listening and communication techniques that you can employ immediately. To coin their phrase “You might not get to play blind football but you will have a lot of fun” – I certainly did! And would recommend Listen 2 Win to any business looking for an improvement in their communication, particularly in the art of listening skills.

Having attended one of their communication training sessions, I can wholeheartedly recommend Keryn & Robin as their delivery is professional, informative and great fun!
If your staff teams need to communicate better, they will teach them the secret of listening which leads to a more effective working culture.
Their inspirational talks are engaging and uplifting and will leave you viewing blind football and disability in general in a completely new light.

Great session that had every one engaged and entertained from start to finish. Listening and communication plays an integral role in driving our business forward and the ability to deliver the importance of these skills in a unique way that incorporated fun activities whilst working together as a team really gave this session the edge.

The Government Services team at the Met Office thoroughly enjoyed the session Listen 2 Win provided at our annual conference. It was great that there was an opportunity to really get involved and the speakers were really excellent, both warm and engaging and inspirational. The session taught us new skills about the value of listening and was energetic and fun at the same time!
